Group Planning Guide

  1. Complete the Spa Soiree Request Form and fax it to The Spa at 425.895.6513 or e-mail requests to SpaEvents@proclub.com.
  2. Select your services from our packaged Journeys or our Spa Event Coordinator will work with you to create a custom Soiree Package.
  3. Coordinate lunch/dinner/high tea, favors, floral arrangements and/or a celebration cake. Please make note of any special dietary requests, allergies, etc.
  4. Secure your reservation. In order to finalize your event, we require a credit card or member account on file.
  5. Review itinerary. Once your event has been scheduled, or Spa Event Coordinator will email a final event agreement form. This must be signed and returned either by fax 425.895.6513 or email SpaEvents@proclub.com in order to complete your reservation.
  6. Cancellation Policy. We require 48-hours notice to make any changes or cancellations for groups consisting of 3-14 guests. We require 5 days notice to make any changes or cancellations for groups of 15 or more. Late changes or cancellations of the event will be charged the full service amount.
  7. Arrival. Please check-in with all guests 30 minutes prior to your start time to complete consultation forms and begin your journey to relaxation.
